Home Inspection Clients Note: Free Credit of $50 for all Certified Armco Infrared Inspections at any after moving to the new home and on the home or structure of choice.
The Certified Little-Mac Limited Structural and System Pre-Sale or Investor home/office inspection includes at no extra charge, an Infrared moisture scan of bathroom walls and ceilings below bathrooms (where existing). Infrared imaging with confirming instrumentation data will be included in the Little-Mac inspection report where exceptions are noted.
Adder pricing for houses or structures requiring (by client) crawlspace inspections as a part of a latent moisture and/or energy loss survey is as negotiated depending on age and condition of crawlspace
Base pricing is $100 per hour with a five hour minimum that includes travel within the Triad-Triangle areas. Travel outside this base area is negotiable.
The overall project scope includes time on site + report prep + consulting. The ultimate project cost is variable, dependent on job scope and negotiable depending on the situation. The minimum fee for an infrared electrical/mechanical survey includes a written report of findings even if nothing exceptional was noted.
Example: For an average plant with 25 points/locations/equipment ID(s) of electrical inspection and five to ten exceptions noted, the average cost averages between $800 and $1000.

The initial scheduling of these projects is somewhat flexible and we can generally find a “work-around” when necessary.
