Underground, Drive, Walk or Slab Floor Leak Detection and Location

We can find your underground leak 99% of the time and with absolutely minimal disturbance to your landscaping, concrete drive or walkways. Whether your leak is hidden beneath the soil or a concrete basement floor, slab floor, driveway, walkway, garage floor or patio, we have the combination of specialized equipment and knowledge to locate the plastic or metal pipe and closely determine the point of leakage. The accuracy of our inspection will minimize the ultimate costs of the repair and excavation. You may not need to replace the entire water line depending on the age, type and condition of the existing line.

Commercial – Industrial Leak Detection

Leak detection services for industrial & commercial applications.

During a compressed air or other leak, a fluid (liquid or gas) moves from an area of high pressure to one of low pressure. As it passes through the leak site and makes the transition, a turbulent flow is generated. This turbulence has strong ultrasonic components which are easily heard, measured and pinpointed using the precision UE Systems analog ultrasound detection equipment employed by Armco.

Many times in product manufacturing, fluids are a part of the product, or the process, and heat is an integral part of that process. Whenever heat is utilized, variations in the normal patterns of heat radiated from the equipment can indicate variations or difficulties requiring attention.

With thermal imaging equipment that can “see” and distinguish minutely in the dimension of radiated heat, we can many times quickly zero in on a system or process that needs attention.

Given the diversity of industrial commercial fluid related issues, we recommend a fact-finding call (888-908-3547) to review your particular concerns and experiences and determine what initial approaches we together think most effective.
